Distorted picture when trying to watch CNN

When trying to watch CNN, I get a distorted picture and uneven sound. This has happened in the past, during storms or other bad weather events but weather is fine today and this has now continued for over a week. Every single other channel is fine, including CNBC which is also broadcast from America. Sometimes a brief message flashes up at the top of the screen saying there is a problem withmy satellite dish but there isn't. Every other channel produces a clear picture and sound. Help anyone?

@Shads71  it is worth noting that CNN is on a european wide beam and is one of the weakest signals in the UK, so a slight mis-alignment of the dish is likely to result in loss or pixellation of CNN

@Shads71  Do you mean the pictire is pixelated?

Is it only this particular channel affected?  Could you try GBNews & Bloomberg TV as these share the same transponder, if the 2 other channels are ok it will likley be a broadcast issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It will be a slight digh alignment issue. People are often reluctant to believe that when it seems like only one or two channels are affected, but dish alignment problems generally start with just a single transponder being affected.

It's not related to CNN being broadcast from America as the version we get in the UK comes from the same satellites as all other channels on Sky.
