DisneyPlus

We were informed Disneyplus was now free and part of our package and we would not need to do anything. Gone into the App both on TV and Laptop asks us to sign in . TV app does not recognise my Email and Laptop asks for a monthy subscription. What is the solution. Is anyone else having the same issue

Wait for it to be released.

No confirmed date from Sky yet.  (Other than 'in March')

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Who informed you - as it is not the case?

Currently, Disney+ requires a subscription unless you get a free code from somewhere
