Disney+

I am billed for Disney+, and access it via Sky box to my main TV. My son now lives at my address and would like access also. He had it a short while but now Sky requires my login and verification to proceed. Sky provided a verification code to an old email to which he has no access, so we can't proceed. How can I change this email to mine to proceed and enjoy Disney+?

hi @Dave+the+Dodger 

 

As you are billed for Disney + do you not have an email login that you used on your main box  

Unfortunately, unlike other apps, I can't see a way of telling what email is used to login into the app
