According to Disney+, the error code 1026 is usually an app issue or connection error (unstable broadband).

 

There are troubleshooting steps in their article I would try first: https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/article/disneyplus-error-1026 

 

From a Sky perspective, it is amazing what a power cycle can fix. Unplug the Q box from the mains for at least 10 minutes before rebooting. If you continue to have issues, search the community for "app refresh" and follow the instructions.
