Hi

Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Re: Disney +

The Sky Disney+ app is not the best.

Quite often it will just "crash" to a black screen after a while.  The solution here is to press "Home" and reload it.

It can struggle sometimes with UJD & Atmos films.  I don't know if this is a no-buffer issue or something.  Only the Disney+ app seems to be affected, but you can get a few seconds of stutter for a minute or two randomly and then it sorts itself out.

We don't have either of the above issues with other apps on the Sky Q box (eg. Netflix/Paramount+) or with the apps (inc. Disney+) on another device (eg. TV).

The Sky Q hardware is old.  It wasn't the best when new.  And I doubt any of the companies spend time optimising their apps for specific platforms anymore.  Sky Q is showing it's age now I think.
