This worked thankyou. I downloaded the app logged in on mobile. Watched 10 seconds of episode. Went back in via dky app and episode took up ftom where I left off. Bit of a faff but a good work around for now thankyou

It's clear that there's an issue with Disney+ running on the Sky Q box. I got a new router but that didn't fix it. Disney+ runs fine on other devices. Sky and / or Disney+ need to update the Sky Q app to fix it.

I've been having the same issue for weeks and weeks, runs the trailer ad and then just buffers and won't play, try and fast forward and press play it says programme will play from this point after trailer

We get this on random programs/episodes.
For example Skeleton Crew has been fine until the last episode on Wednesday that suffered from this issue.
The skip a bit on mobile does the trick and then we rewind a bit.
It's annoying but we don't suffer from it much. It's not everything.

Yes I noticed that, went on disney app and started it on that, like you say it worked, but shouldn't have to do that, wonder what the issue is?
