Disney plus

We are having on going issues with our sky Q box. Whist watching Disney plus after a while some times 30 seconds other times an hour. BUT Without fail at some point we will loose all sound. 

we then press sky to exit and are unable to watch any channels etc. the screen is just blank. 

During this the Q button on the sky box will flash and be blue.

To be able to watch Tv again we have to turn everything off on the mains. 

I have followed all tests and resets I can find but nothing helps.
