I have internet connection but I can't not view the Apps ( netflix YouTube)

"It looks like you don't have internet connection right now if you are already set up we'll keep you trying to connect if you have changed your internet password or router you need to reconnect to your network go to settings and check your network connection status to reset" I have gone two settings status my satellites signal has a tick network connection has a × watch via Sky Go has a cross watch on Sky Q mini box has a × I have gone to network setup via network connection and it's not working

You said you have an internet connection in the title but in the post that you don't. Which is it?

 

And I assume you meant you cannot view any apps?
