I have been charged an extra £4 for disney plus which isn't my normal amount why is this?

hi @Paulrickard 

The transfer process matches the subscription tier with any you had direct with Disney, so I suspect you had a subscription with Disney+ for th Standard No ads tier

You should be able to reduce to just the Basic with Ads tier by going to SKY Marketplace (although it may only reduce from the next monthly due date)
