Disney plus subscription through sky wont activate

I have set up a subscription to Disney plus through my sky q box. I have then logged in to Disney plus. This sends me to a qr code to complete the subscription but the qr code won't load up. If I try using the web page link given ( sky.com/disneyplus-activate) to use instead of, the page is not recognised .

sky please explain why I have paid for a subscription you won't let me access.

Any suggestions?

I have the exact same issue. Contacting Sky was a waste of time they referred me to contact Disney. They in turn advised this was a Sky problem. 

Any ideas on how to get the QR code to work. 

I tried opening the web page. I also tried copy and paste into my browser.

I am having the same problem. They have taken the money for Disney plus but I can't get in. Have you managed to get it sorted? If so how?

Exactly the same for me, I wonder if there is an issue and maybe in a few days it'll resolve itself. If any of us manage to successfully resolve our issue, please, please share

I'm having the same problem now, the QR doesn't work and I've tried my phone and my laptop, they were quick to take payment tho. Actually so frustrating and sky were useless on the phone. Gonna phone again tomorrow.

I'm having the same issue! I'm on a live chat with Tech Support now and they have directed me to Disney+ but I'm trying to suggest it is a problem with Sky! Failing that I'll ask for a refund and go directly through Disney as never had this trouble before!
