Disney plus payment through sky

I have a Premium subscription with Disney Plus and also have the app on Sky Q.

I would like to transfer my subscription to sky to save £5 per month but am unsure how to do this.

when I look at Disney plus status on my Sky it says "complete activation"  but when I click on start activation it says the account is already linked.

Both Sky and D+ use the same email so how do I transfer subscription to sky?

on D+ app it shows two active subscriptions Premium and standard with ads and under the standard one it says Manage with Sky.

I am not quite sure what has happend - for most customers the activation process cancels / pauses the old subscription & just transfers it accross

As you say it is showing 2 subscriptions under the same email, I think you will need to contact Disney + so that you don;t cancel both
