Disney plus not working

My Sky account shows Disney+ is activated, but when I scan the activation QR code it takes me to a Disney+ page saying ‘Subscription required’. Please refresh or resend my Disney+ entitlement.”

We're having the same problem. I wonder if there is an issue with Disney+ not recognising the subscription is managed via Sky (or if Sky haven't paid the bill lol).

Advised by Sky to pay Disney subscription and that it would be refunded 🤔
