Disney plus says its awaiting activation bu when i go on to activate it, it says i need a subscription - which I have. I have tried everything suggested - box off, logging out, nothing works and it's stuck on a loop no matter which way I try and do it whether on the tv my phone or laptop. Can anyone tell me what is wrong please.
