Disney plus / Netflix buffering

Hello,

My sky wifi is so bad I cannot even really open emails on wifi I have to use my 4G on my mobile phone.

my Disney plus and Netflix buffer a lot, I have refreshed the apps and restarted (turned off for 30 seconds and back on) hope you can help

@Helenaj1234Not a lot of info here but I would suggest go and sit next to your router with yout phone or laptop.  If all ok its down to how far away from the router you are.  WiFi can easily be blocked by walls etc.
