Disney plus ! More like Disney minus

I was sent a new sky q box to solve being stuck in Disney plus loop . Unable to access the app without login which never does despite lots of inputting codes from tv and email . Over and over again . 
I have now wasted hours and hours and half a day off waiting for equipment and refreshing apps plugging stuff in unplugging stuff and guess what 

still not getting Disney plus 

looks like I'm not alone !
