Disney+ not accepting card on sky q
Hi
I have noticed this both on SkyQ and the Disney website. I had Disney before and no problems with debit card since then my old card expired and was given a new one. Now Disney+ says card invalid which it is'nt and through SkyQ it says "card number invalid" Same number as old card. Yes I have checked the card number and I do have the funds.

Hi @Eion20 I am not sure what you are asking your fellow customers to do to help you. It sounds like you need to talk to your bank.

@Eion20 I know you say its the same card number but in my experience I have never every received a new card that has the same 16 digit long number so it may well be worth while checking it again if its is the same i'd contact the bank to check that this is correct.
As i said i've had numerous cards that have expired and sent replacements fom Natwest,Bank of Scotland, Nationwide and a few credit card companies and they have all had different numers when replaced
