I have been having problems overvthe ladt few weeks with thevsystem notbrecirding things saying reco

I have been having g problems for the last few weeks with failure to record programmes,  can't pause orvrewi d TV and now I have a totally black screen no sound this is not on . It is unacceptable

@grandarobb The first thing to try if you have not done so is rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
