Disney+ log in issues

The Disney+ app will not allow me to sign in on my account it still recognises my partners account which she was loged into untill Disney+ becam ree for Sky members.  She does not want to cancel her account or move it to sky so has removed the devise from her account but Sky still say she is linked and therefore I can not log on in my own right with a new account.
