Hi, can anyone help we used to have a Disney+ subscription and then we were told that now gets included in our Sky TV subscription. So we took this offer and don't pay for Disney+ anymore. however I just logged into the Disney+ app on the iPad to get some stuff downloaded for the kids for holiday and it says our subscription no longer allows downloads (it thinks we don't have an ad free account), does anybody know whether this is a limitation of having Disney+ through Sky? Thanks
The version of Disney+ bundled at no extra cost with most Sky subscriptions is (perhaps not surprisingly) the minimum one, with adverts and no offline viewing.
