Disney+ discount

Been trying to activate my Disney+ discount on my Sky but every time I've tried doing it on my sky it takes forever to load and then when I do it on the sky website it takes me to Disney+ and I keep getting it looks like there's an issue with your activation has anyone else been having problems activating their Disney+ discount

Hi,

I’m suffering from exactly the same issue; just spent a couple of hours on the My Sky online help service and then with an advisor, all to no avail. I signed into HBO without a problem but with Disney + every way leads to a screen requesting payment. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve set up an account with Disney and paired this to my Sky account all without success.  The advisor exhausted all the ways he could think off to log into Disney +, all of which I had tried over the past two days.  He left me with the message that this is a known issue and that the market place backroom is working to find a solution.  Can anyone from Sky confirm that this a known issue and is being actively resolved.
