I have seen a lot of people have same problem but just can't fix it.
getting code 73 I've turned tv & internet off still not working , updated apps that's not worked either.
I can connect on my phone using the sky internet so it has to be something to do with the Sky Q can anyone help.

My problem is now sorted I was on with sky for 45 mins but couldn't fix it. In the end rang Disney rather than do online chat , absolutely brilliant helpful & didn't make me feel stupid. All sorted

Re: Disney + code 73
I would start by calling Disney and see if they have a log of connection attempts and can diagnose.

Re: Disney + code 73
Great stuff. I believe that's exactly what I suggested so I'm chalking that up as some kind of personal achievement for this week 😆 Do you know what they did? Might help others get a quick fix in future with the same issue.

Ok so maybe it was a geo-location thing after all - weird as your phone would have appeared on the same IP as the Sky box when on wifi.
unless the phone version has different rules about geographical usage. Hmm.
