Its not just the 1 film, ever since teh channel came its been glitching.

Today has been prety bad, pixalated breakign up black or green screen, sometimes goign on for several minutes (1 stage was 20 mins).

Picture breaks up usually and jumps/repeats breaks up and then finally eventually comes back, but today its done that but then either a black or green screen with beeping.

Am not impressed, as its only been an issue with the disney channel, other channels dont seem to have any issues

You are much better just watching via the Disney+ app.

Anything being shown on the Disney+ channel will be available on there to watch whenever you like. And it'll be at the correct frame rate.

Possibly your dish alignment.  Film channels are often the most sensitive to alignment issues.

But, as noted, better options such as the App or download where available.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I had the same problem - the film was unwatchable. As I was enjoying the film I thought I'd get the DVD off the shelf forgetting I didn't have Episodes 1 to 3 of Star Wars...🙂

While I haven't watched many films on the channel , this is the first time I had noticed this issue. From other posts it looks like this wasn't the first time. Good suggestion to use the app!

Yes. All other sky cinema channels were fine, so I think issue was with Disney+ feed into sky.

Can Sky TV Team have a check internally and monitor the Disney+ channel (which is new) for future issues.

It's nothing to with the dish, as no issues with any other channel, and it's happening to everyone not just one or two people!

Anyone who has access to the Disney+ movie channel will also have access to the Disney+ app as part of their Sky subscription.

The Disney+ app offers all of the same content in better quality which can be viewed whenever you like.

Re: Disney+ channel glitching during Phantom Menace since 3.30pm

But then doesnt that just simply defeat the purpose of actually havign a film channel for disney (305)?

Every single film so far has come up with an issue, either starts flickering, breaking up, repeating itself before simply just freezing, sometimesit comes back other times you MUST change channel and go back and go through the breaking up again, this tends to last upto 20 minutes and does RUIN the films on that channel. Then as suddenly as it started it will go away, only to emerge at some point during teh next film and so on and on and on.

Yes i do know there is an app (we pay for it and have done for several yrs), but at times it would be nice to not log into the app and watch what service your payign for on a movie channel, and that channel right now has these service issues. So what your saying is dont report it, ignore it use the app instead but then, how is sky goign to learn that there is an issue if nobody reports it?

You think Sky aren't aware?

Unless you log out of the app for some reason then there's no 'logging in' on any app, you simply click the service you want. That said you're better off if on Q to use any modern TVs built in app as it'll be even better quality video and audio both.
