Disney app won't reset

How can I reset Disney+ as someone else's account on tv and can't log out. I have gone to settings and reset apps but hasn't worked

Hi @Traceydawn84

looks like you will need to contact Sky and/or Disney.

Refresh Apps only reloads the Apps and does not reset them

Ok thank you. I've already contacted Disney so I'll call sky
