Trying to help a friend. His sky q box is connected to internet but then says there's no connection when trying to go to apps. I've read lots of answers here and have tried resetting router and box. It's a third party internet provider. The WiFi works on all other devices (including my phone). I set up a new TP link to see if it helped but didn't. I then connected the sky box to my phone's hotspot and it worked fine. I can't figure out why it would work with that and not the WiFi. It used to work no problem with his WiFi but just stopped. Strange how it works with the hotspot and not the broadband which works on every other device in the house. The router is about a meter away from the box, there's a strong signal. He says it's quite an old box
