Disney+ app won't connect

I cannot connect to my Disney+ app on my Sky Q box, it just stopped working and shows an error code of 1026, saying it can't connect to network. Everything else is working okay. I have unplugged my Q box to reset it but it still doesn't work, any ideas please?

Start with an app refresh and see how it goes from there, although Disney+ is pretty buggy on Q at the moment.

 

To enter the hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps 
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Okay thank you, I have tried the steps that you have said above, last night and still nothing, though hopefully it may start back up soon, as it dies say 24hrs. It's strange how it's working on all of the other devices, just not on Sky Q. Thank you for your quick response, it's much appreciated. 😊👍🏻

Is your Sky Q up to date?

I am watching "Will Trent" currently via the app on Sky Q for testing and apart from the usual slowness in the menus, it is working OK so far.

 

My Sky Q is on Q280 and the Disney+ app is 25.2.0+victor.04 (p) if it helps (Settings > Help > Diagnostics).
