Disney app freezing

My Disney app freezing while trying to watch , broadband says good connection, I've refreshed apps, rebooted sky box and broadband but still no joy

Same for everything other than Netflix for me, starred in sky witness

Disney+ keeps visually freezing when playing, but the audio continues. 

I've tried all the resets and refreshes and it's continuing. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it?
