Disney app activate

How do I activate Disney app on my sky? Im been charged separately for it a month

@Suekell I'm afraid you're not eligible for Disney+ with a Sky+ box.

@Suekell  Sky + where you have posted does not supprt any apps, which system do you have?  Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
