Disney+ and HBO Max

Despite claims as to how easy it is to activate new apps, it's not working in Jersey. Tried Sky app, SkyQ on screen and 40 minutes on phone to Sky and still doesn't work. Sky agent doesn't understand what the problem is.

Anyone out there who can help resolve this?

What do see on on screen when you try?

HBO Just keeps asking which subscription package I want 

Disney+ goes to accept T&Cs and Continue but continue doesn't go anywhere just stas same screen

So what happens when you select basic with ads doses say "£0"

What Sky package do you have dose it include signature?

 Using MySky app is shows activation but then says, can't do it.

Using MySky on SkyQ I get to log on screen but then offered packages

@SimonJersey Have you tried activating it through the my Sky app? The above screen shot is the Disney app isn't it? 

are the email addresses you use for Sky and Disney the same ?

This is through MySky app and I use same email address.

Just set both up through Sky website. Seems resolved. Assume a result of something they did following 40 minutes phone support on Friday.
