Disney+ activation issues

Hi,

 

 I am unable to speak to anyone at Sky and on chat for over an hour to sort out app's issues but everytime I click on activation through my account I am advised of technical issues and try later.

 

This is not acceptable as surely the problem has been fixed from 2022.
