Disney+ activation issue

I signed up to Disney+ on my sky Q box. Go to activate through the QR code and website stated on tv. Account is verified then goes through to Disney+ website. Ask to login and the activate account button flashes for 1 second. I then carries on through to signing up and paying again through the Disney+ page. Sky customer service no help. Money has left my account and had confirmation email.

It is working that your software is up to date on all your Sky boxes.
