Whenever I am watching Disney Plus I am getting constant buffering, it now seems to be getting worse, buffering every few seconds which is making it impossible to watch something. Any idea how to stop this from happening?

Hi @LisaJane15 What is your internet speed and how is the Sky Q box connected. Have you tried a power reboot of everything, including your broadband router.
