Disney Plus Watchlist Error
Hi,
My Disney Plus watchlist has a glitch, I have 5 Planet of the Apes movies I can't get rid of after watching(please see attached). Does anyone has the same issue?

Re: Disney Plus Watchlist Error
I haven't experienced this issue @Austinored, but the Disney+ help files suggest this can happen and recommend clearing cache on the device: https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/article/disneyplus-device-cache
If you still have any issues (and you can't clear the cache on Sky Q as far as I am aware), then they recommend reaching out to them.

Re: Disney Plus Watchlist Error
Could be worth trying an app refresh.
This may clear any 'stuck' cache on Sky Q
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
- Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
- Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete

Tried that @lettice , unfortunately still the same error. It's not only on Sky Q, it's on all my other devices like smartphone, Xbox, laptop. Also I've reached out to Disney and 3 chats later I'm still none the wiser.

Tried that also @stereohaven , thanks for that suggestion however still the same issue persists. Can anyone humour me, and try adding any of those films, and removing them? Many thanks 🙏

Done.
Added 5 films to watchlist in the app on Q, went in on my iPad and removed 4 of them, returned to Q and they were gone. However, when I tried removing "Dawn", the last of the 5 I added, it refuses to budge. Went back to the iPad, it wont leave the watchlist there either.
This must be a Disney issue as it is cross platform.

Re: Disney Plus Watchlist Error
Hi, I have just got off an online chat with a Disney+ technical adviser as I've had two items stuck on my watchlist for about a year. It's bothering me now. They accessed my account and told me they also can't remove them. Clearing cache and deleting/reinstalling app did nothing other than clear all my downloads. The adviser told me a lot of people have reported this issue and hopefully it will be resolved. From checking Reddit, this is issue has been ongoing for 4 years so I'm not holding my breath. They are useless. I think I'll cancel Disney+ at the next subscription anniversary as these kinds of issues are ongoing for all of us. Even items I've watched are still showing on my continue watching with 1 second of the title remaining. If I finish it, then just remain again with 1 second viewed. Useless.

Re: Disney Plus Watchlist Error
This is still ongoing. I've had "Hot Shots! Part Deux" on my D+ watchlist for 3 years. (Do NOT add it to 'try'!).
Disney+ agents (both chat and on the telephone) just stonewall me and tell me
(a) that it's a system problem, yes I know that - it's definitely not local. There's no "cache" to clear on my smart TV's internal Disney+ app which is the only method I use to watch Disney+ . Don't let them deflect the issue by going down that avenue.
(b) and engineers are working on it. The length of time that's passed, years and years now, proves that's a lie. A quick google confirms how long this has been going on.
I do not have a sig other than this message. SkyQ.

Yeah, my Planet of the Apes Watchlist is still up there. Even my kids are finding it tiresome.
