I have been using DIsney+ on my SkyQ for a long time but now its asking me to log in again and I cant enter my email address as I cant get to the keyboard on the remote.

Help please !!!

@JP_1952 If you press the center button on the remote it will bring up the keyboard

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
