Disney+ has started to buffer all of the time and freeze. It only seems to be happening on the Sky Q app.
I have tried refreshing the apps through the secret menu. I have restarted the sky box and updated the software but none have worked. My broadband provider is not Sky but I've restarted the router anyway to no avail.
I've checked the app on other devices but it doesn't happen anywhere else. It's getting really frustrating now as we have to shut down the app then restart constantly to be able to watch it.
Is there any solution to this?

I have the same issue. Trying to watch Home Alone on Christmas Eve. Pretty frustrating.
