I am unable to set up discovery plus. I have been sat in a queue on the phone for 20 mintues. The one time codes to authenticate my email are taking about 15minutes to send and do not work when I input them.
I am having to sign up to discovery plus to watch the football.
I am now missing this game because of this really poor system.
I only pay for sky becuase of the football and I am missing it.
I had a genrally poor view of sky; it has now become even worse.
