I still cannot access free discovery plus on sky q.    I have tried all the tips given but nothing changes. It keeps giving me a message retry.  I also don't have Sky marketplace on my sky q.

Yes the same for me the continuous route of retry or sign out, log back in with the code, and still no access.

I swapped sky q for glass then next day cancelled glass as it was rubbish 

Now I have the same problem 

In a chat with discovery advisor and was told to ring sky to get them to get it working again 

I'll ring sky tomorrow and see what happens
