I went back to the app yesterday evening and lo and behold I was able to stream what I wanted.

I can only assume something happened overnight at their end to allow me entry

Did you have to sign back in? Did Sky send you another activation link or anything? I'm so confused now as I was on hold with D+ for hours yesterday and they can't figure it out and now it's all been left in a mess. It's still not working 😫

I'm having exactly the same issue but I've only just got sky stream and although it's showing as an app, it won't allow us to view programmes because it says I need to upgrade my pass. I've only just installed it
