Discovery plus
My Discovery+ is not accessable, again. I have spent hours on the phone with Discovery and Sky and I still cannot access D+. Why?

I have finally sorted it out with help from Disc+, Sky really needs to get its act together because I can see many others with the same issue.

Over the last year I have contacted sky for help many times, they have been mostly less than helpful putting the onus on me to contact other parts of sky support for help when the problems lay with Sky. Disc+ on the other hand have always gone the extra mile to help and not fobbed me off to another agent. They are the only ones to have sorted my Disc+ problems.
