Discovery plus

Hi, I'm supposed to get discovery plus with my sky package, but after several hours on the phone to both sky and discovery plus I still cannot watch it.

I have had several people at sky do all sorts of things, including, registering for Dplus, linking my account, taking off old email addresses etc etc etc.

my last conversation with Dplus ended with them saying that you don't get discovery plus free anymore and that you have to subscribe separately, which is not what sky are telling me.

any help would be much appreciated

Unfortunately, there was no further response to our invite in 48 hours so this has been closed now.

Our team will not be available till 21st June where we will resume Community Messaging support.

I have linked and activated my diacovery plus account through sky and it is still saying "Upgrade to watch". This is on sky stream and should be included for free.
