Discovery plus no data

My discovery  plus is empty.

 

No currently watching programmes showing.

Saved list is empty

 

It's like I have never used it before.

 

Can anyone help please.

Discovery plus within the app shows a 'continue watching' rail, under Home and a My list option.

Is this what you are describing as empty?

 

Might be worth rebooting your Sky Q box, with leaving power off for for 30 secs.
