Discovery plus error code

Hi all when I try to sign up for discovery plus all I get is MYSKY_2304 check software and updated it to latest version  tried refreshing apps still not working any please

Update - Spoken to @Tedddy after a few steps of troubleshooting and checks, we found this is a known issue which is currently being investigated and fixed by our developer teams. A fix will be implemented in a new software update. 🙂
