Discovery plus and Paramount not working

Hi

Have had sky for 34 years, now have had a skyQ box and mini, but l used to get paramount plus by just clicking on the program not working also they dmsay l have discovery plus but thst doesn't work either ???????? Keeps asking me to sign in ????

Went to my Sky account says l have them already but they don't work ???

Any answers as to why they will not open
