Discovery plus activate

I have received emails from Sky saying to sign in to my Discovry plus but they are "unable to do this at the moment". How long will this last?

 

Changing over to Sky Q has been the worst experience. I've been with Sky since 1993 and they cannot get anything right. A buch of 14 year old school people are better educated.

I have tried to activate on my phone, my laptop by either clicking on the link in the Text I received or directly in the browser and the response is always the same.

 

I enter my Sky ID and then my password and then the following is displayed:

 

We can't do that at the moment

We hope to have everything back to normal soon. Please try again later

I am having this exact issue - trying to log in on the phone and laptop using 2 different browsers before and after clearing history/cache.

 

Is there any resolution for this?
