Tried to set up access to Discovery+ via QR code on-screen - initially kept getting the message that the page didn't exist on sky.com but then I received an email saying I'd been signed up. All I had to do was 'sign in' - I thought that this would be the Sky sign-in details (sky email + password) but apparently not?
Not a good experience. What am I expected to do at the sign-in stage?

When initially creating a Discovery + on Sky q you will have needed to create an account directly with Discovery+ with it's own username (sky email account for example) and a password.
Check your email history for whe you initially set up Discovery +.
