Discovery+ free app

As a Sky subscriber, discovery+ is free however when I go to activate it error message "can't do this at the moment!""try again later"  every time I try please advise

I found it quite flaky yonks ago when I activated it.  I think I had to do it via Discovery+

That said, you're really not missing much. I think the last time I looked at it was the Olympics,  and the coverage was so poor I usually turned it off.
