Discovery app screen frozen screen when access

When I action Apps and then Discovery - suddenly it justs stay on Discovery screen, it's been fine for two years and yesterday  - now it just hangs - have reset and refreshed Apps

I wonder if they are working on an update so we can receive UHD for the sports and other extras

Opens up the initlal screen but then just remains in this stage, does not go onto the home screen

I'm now having the same issue. It has been working fine and then all of a sudden today it will not load, it just stays stuck on loading up screen. I've tried restarting sky Q box, updating software and refreshing the app (using the hidden screen) yet it still will not open. Can anyone help please!

Have been on to Sky and Discovery apparently there is an issue and a fix is  being worked upon
