Hello. I have spoken with discovery+ support who advised me to wait 24 hours then try again

Haha anyone had an issue with it loading (for livr football games) but then crashing -i.e. screen goes to black l, and then need to press Home and navigate back to the app menu again.

Initially it seemed to just happen in ad breaks but last night it happened numerous times during the Newcastle match. Have since tried the 'refresh apps' idea via the settings menu. Has anyone else found the refresh to be successful in this scenario?

This happens to me but it is only usually in the ad breaks. 

 

Think they need to release an update for the glitch TBF

Totally agree. It's getting so often now it's annoying!

 

Another issue we have, fast forward a program(adverts) press play when programs back on and it's still going forward. Wish sky world sorry the glitches they charge us enough!!

We're watching shows on Discovery+ via our Sky Box. It's suddenly become very sticky and slow, particularly when breaking for adverts. Any advice on how to get it back to normal would be great.

@Mulett57 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

I called sky after reset ,reset ,reset !  We found a few more problems we did not know we're happening on top of discovery plus not working right.   Internet 5G not connecting with other boxes correctly via WiFi.. No all 3 mini + Q box hardwired . Discovery plus now OK.

This is happening for me too. I have spent 7 months and at least 20 hours on the phone to both sky and discovery. Nobody seems to be able to fix it and keep blaming the other. 

 

There is a make a complaint option on the sky app, has anyone tried this with any success yet?
