I have the app and when I open it I can select a programme of my choice but it won't let me watch anything saying I need to 'upgrade my pass' and then 'retry' as a Sky Q customer this is included in my subscription and shows under my account as subscribed at £0. I have gone on the discovery plus website and this states I am all registered and ready to watch. I have activated the app, but still can't watch, any ideas?!!!
