Discovery Plus Issue Sky Q

I have had Discovery Plus for some time. Recently when I try to use it i get the login screen, it checks eligibility, says I have avalid account already, and then when I try to access it loops back around to the initail screen - agina and again.

Anyone else had thisi and found a solution?
