Due to home improvements I need our sky dish removed
I am looking to have my sky dish removed to allow some home improvements to continue. We are not looking to cancel our TV package so we will require alternative solutions

Re: Due to home improvements I need our sky dish removed
Providing there is another suitable position for the dish to be moved to and still receive a signal Sky will charge in the region of £65 for this service. You'll need to call Sky to discuss. If there is no alternative you'll need to consider Sky Glass or Stream but research both. In this case Sky don't 'remove' the dish, that's down to you.

Thank you for your response, can you tell me the best number to phone as everything seems to steer you towards the app or online forums. It looks like I will need to look into sky glass or stream

@CoH83
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
